Program Overview

 Our twelve-session coaching program develops managers and high-potential leaders with practical skills and clear outcomes. Each participant begins with a 360 intake and Extended DISC to map strengths and growth areas. Sessions build sequentially and are supported by a coaching workbook and between-session practice. Delivery can be 1:1, small group, or on-site to fit your team.
