Falkler Wellness & Advisory was created to partner with Senior Executives, Leaders and Organizations to provide external, objective support and professional development for executives and rising leaders.
Through advisory services, coaching and consulting, feedback is provided to promote professional development with the incorporation of personal health awareness to facilitate healthier leaders, teams and work environments.

Our health is a continuum and with every choice, we are moving towards health or away from it. None of us are aging in reverse. Leaders and organizations are measured by their performance. Karen Falkler, Owner of Falkler Wellness & Advisory, has more than a decade of professional experience in consulting, training, and healthcare. She is experienced in Executive Coaching, Executive Wellness Coaching, Leadership Development, Facilitation, Wellness Advisory, Executive Recruitment and Employee Retention.
Her unique ability to discuss wellness and physical health in conjunction with leadership development and work performance differentiates her in this industry. Karen enjoys working with leadership to enhance engagement and skillsets, develop and retain talent, and enrich quality of life through personal growth, physical health awareness and meaningful conversation. She believes that leaders are responsible for setting the example for true wellness change. With an increased focus on physical and preventive health, it is possible to increase quality of life, decrease organizational and global healthcare spending, while concurrently creating a healthier tomorrow for individuals and organizations.
Karen resides in Northern Maryland. She enjoys her work, playing outside with her daughters, traveling, lifting weights and trail running.
